• The booking of the accommodation is guaranteed only after receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total (with holiday vouchers or bank transfer).
• The payment of the remaining amount is made to arrival. A deposit of € 250.00 will be required at the arrive and will be returned, at the latest, one week after the end of the stay.
• Monthly rental is possible and rates are reduced in proportion to the length of stay.
